L-Taurine
L-Taurine is an amino acid made in
the body. It is important because it maintains the proper
configuration of both structural proteins and enzymes. An amino
acid containing sulfur that is formed in the liver and is a
powerful antioxidant that helps protect the body from chemicals,
heavy metals, and smoke pollution. It is particularly abundant in
the proteins of hair, hooves, and the keratin of the
skin.
Stimulates the immune system. Helps burn fat, aids
in tissue healing, and aids muscle growth.

broccoli.
